Olivier Araki is Managing Director and co-founder of Terrra Property GmbH.
As a patented Swiss lawyer, he has been practicing for several years in a medium-sized law firm in Zurich and Tokyo and, among other things, advised international clients in a wide range of commercial matters. In 2014 he founded Araki Legal, where he has been working as an attorney (and managing director) since then.
In Switzerland Olivier Araki is responsible for the legal and tax structuring of real estate transactions as well as for the real estate brokerage.

Ibrahim Ilhan is a civil engineer with a master degree in Structural Engineering with 10 years of experience in the field of earthquake design for the construction and renovation of earthquake-damaged buildings.
Since 2006, Ibrahim Ilhan has been active in the construction industry in Izmir as part of his Turkish real estate company "Ega Lila Construction Ltd." located in Izmir.
He is responsible for planning, design and construction of real estate projects.
